GreenGo means LLC GreenGo and the digital platform and related services it provides.
User means a person who uses GreenGo services.
Partner means a restaurant, store, merchant or other business whose products or services are available through GreenGo.
Courier means a person or organisation that performs delivery of an order.
Order means a request for products or services placed by a user through GreenGo.
GreenGo provides a technology platform that connects users with partners and couriers.
GreenGo facilitates order placement, payments, communication, delivery coordination, order tracking and customer support.
Partners are responsible for the products they offer and their compliance with applicable requirements. Couriers are responsible for performing deliveries in accordance with the applicable arrangements and law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GreenGo does not itself prepare food.
Users must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to use GreenGo services.
Additional requirements may apply to age restricted products. GreenGo, a partner or a courier may request proof of age or identity where required or permitted by law.
Users must provide accurate and current information, maintain the security of their account and not disclose authentication credentials to unauthorised persons.
Users are responsible for activities carried out through their account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to GreenGo without undue delay.
Fulfilment of an order is subject to acceptance by the partner, product availability and delivery availability.
An order may be rejected or cancelled because a product is unavailable, the partner is closed, delivery is unavailable, payment fails, fraud or abuse is suspected, a technical problem occurs or for another relevant reason.
Partners are responsible for product descriptions, ingredients, allergens, quantities, prices and other material product information.
Users with allergies or special dietary requirements should verify relevant information with the partner before ordering.
GreenGo cannot guarantee that a product is completely free from a particular allergen or the risk of cross contamination.
The total amount payable will be displayed before an order is confirmed.
The total may include product prices, delivery fees, service fees, applicable taxes, discounts, credits and other components.
Delivery and service fees may vary depending on distance, location, availability, demand or other relevant factors.
Product prices are generally set by the partner unless otherwise expressly stated.
Users must pay the full amount displayed for an order using an available payment method.
Payments may be processed by third party payment providers. The user confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
If payment fails, the order may be cancelled, payment may be retried, or certain features may be restricted until an outstanding amount is paid, where supported and legally permissible.
Users are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, contact information and necessary delivery instructions.
Users should remain available to receive the order.
Any displayed delivery time is generally an estimate and may be affected by preparation time, traffic, weather, demand, courier availability, incorrect information supplied by the user or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Delivery may be unsuccessful where the user provides an incorrect address, is unavailable, refuses the order, access to the delivery location is not possible or delivery instructions are insufficient.
Where permitted by law and appropriate in the circumstances, applicable costs may be charged to the user.
The ability to cancel an order depends on the order status and the nature of the product or service.
Cancellation may be restricted after a partner has accepted an order or begun preparing it.
These Terms do not limit any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where appropriate or legally required, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
A refund may be considered in cases involving missing, incorrect, damaged or unfulfilled orders, duplicate charges, technical errors or other relevant circumstances.
GreenGo may offer promotional codes, discounts, referral rewards, credits or other benefits.
Such offers may be subject to additional terms and expiry dates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional benefits are not redeemable for cash.
Creating multiple accounts or otherwise manipulating a promotion to obtain benefits improperly is prohibited.
Ratings and reviews must reflect a genuine user experience.
False, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or misleading content is prohibited.
GreenGo may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Users must not use GreenGo for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, submit fake orders, intentionally provide false information, abuse refunds or promotions, gain unauthorised access to another person's account, interfere with technical operation, bypass security measures, use unauthorised automation, systematically collect data, manipulate ratings or threaten or abuse other persons.
GreenGo may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account because of violations of these Terms, fraud, payment issues, security risks, promotional abuse, threats or legal requirements.
Where appropriate, users may be informed of such action unless notice is restricted by law or security considerations.
Users may stop using GreenGo services at any time.
GreenGo software, designs, interfaces, trademarks, logos and related content are owned by GreenGo or used under an appropriate licence.
Users receive a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable and revocable right to use the services.
Without prior written permission, users must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or commercially exploit GreenGo materials.
GreenGo may use third party payment, mapping, analytics, support, communications, hosting and other services.
Third party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
GreenGo does not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted or completely free from errors.
Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, security, operational requirements or circumstances outside GreenGo's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, GreenGo is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by a user, a user's breach of these Terms, circumstances outside GreenGo's reasonable control, or a partner's products or services except where GreenGo is legally responsible.
These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under the laws of Georgia.
Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.
GreenGo processes users' personal data in accordance with the GreenGo Privacy Statement and applicable law.

GreenGo acts as the data controller in relation to personal data processed in connection with the use of GreenGo services, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
GreenGo may process account information, including first name, last name, phone number, email address, authentication information, profile settings, language and notification preferences.
Delivery and location information may include delivery addresses, saved addresses, delivery instructions, current or approximate location and GPS data where the relevant permission has been granted.
Order information may include the partner merchant, products, order number, date and time, status, value, discounts, promotional codes, cancellations, refunds, ratings and reviews.
Payment information may include the payment method, transaction amount, date, time, status, refunds and the payment provider's transaction identifier. Full card details may be processed directly by the payment provider rather than GreenGo.
Support and communication information may include chats, emails, photographs, files and order related information.
Technical information may include device type, operating system, application version, IP address, device identifiers, network information, crash reports, performance data and diagnostics.
Usage information may include features used within the application, searches, interactions, sessions, performance and errors.
GreenGo uses personal data to provide its services, process and coordinate orders, provide customer support, process payments, improve services, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and, where appropriate, provide marketing communications.
Users may opt out of marketing communications. Communications necessary for the operation of the service may still be sent.
GreenGo processes personal data where an appropriate legal basis exists, including performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the user's consent, or a legitimate interest or other lawful basis permitted by applicable law.
Where processing is based on consent, the user may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
GreenGo may share data with partner restaurants, stores and other merchants where necessary to fulfil an order.
Data may be provided to couriers for delivery purposes.
GreenGo may also use service providers for payments, hosting, cloud infrastructure, customer support, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, security, maps and location services.
Where required or permitted by law, data may be disclosed to competent authorities or other parties in response to a lawful request.
Some technology or service providers may process personal data outside Georgia.
Where this occurs, GreenGo will use the appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law.
GreenGo retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by applicable law.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, purpose of processing, legal and accounting requirements, fraud prevention, disputes and contractual relationships.
After the applicable retention period, data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised where appropriate and legally permissible.
GreenGo uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
However, no electronic system or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users may request deletion of their account through an available in application feature or by contacting GreenGo support.
Following account deletion, GreenGo may retain certain information to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet accounting requirements, manage contractual matters or pursue other lawful purposes.
GreenGo's website and application may use cookies, SDKs, analytics tools and similar technologies for functionality, preferences, performance, security and measurement of marketing effectiveness.
Where required by law, such technologies will be used on the basis of appropriate consent.
GreenGo services may integrate with third party payment, mapping, analytics, communications and other technology services.
Such third parties may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
GreenGo services are not intended for persons who, under applicable law, do not have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant transaction independently.
GreenGo does not knowingly collect children's personal data unlawfully.
GreenGo may update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology or legal requirements.

To investigate an issue, GreenGo may request an order number, description of the problem, photographs, payment information or other relevant information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities of Georgia in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this provision limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
GreenGo may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, business processes or legal requirements.
